The Oklahoma State Cowboys remains under control of its own destiny for the Big 12 title and a spot in the BCS national championship game, but the Cowboys better not get caught looking past Saturday’s game at Texas Tech Red Raiders. OSU is a 17.5-point favorite on BBodog Sportsbook’s Week 11 NCAA Football Odds.

Texas Tech (5-4, 2-4 Big 12) can get bowl eligible with a win but would seem unlikely to give high-powered Oklahoma State much of a game considering the Red Raiders have lost four of five games and have one of the nation’s worst defenses that has allowed at least 38 points in each of the past five games. But just ask Oklahoma what TTU can do. Of course back on Oct. 22 the Red Raiders went to Norman and stunned the Sooners, ending the nation’s longest home winning streak. And Texas Tech has a quarterback in Seth Doege who can win a game almost by himself.
No. 2 Oklahoma State (9-0, 6-0) starts a two-game road trip in this one before likely the biggest game in the history of the Bedlam series to close the regular season vs. Oklahoma. Behind QB Brandon Weeden and WR Justin Blackmon, the Pokes continue to rank only behind Houston in points and passing yards per game. The only concern would be the OSU defense, which allowed 45 points to Kansas State last week in a 7-point win. That unit has allowed less than 24 points only once this year.
OSU has won three of the past four in this series, including 34-17 last year, also in Lubbock. Blackmon was a beast that day with 10 catches for 207 yards and a score as OSU put up 586 yards of offense. It was the Pokes’ first win in Lubbock since 1944. OSU is 5-1 ATS in the past six meetings. TTU is 6-1 ATS in past seven as a home dog.
