For the Nevada Wolf Pack, this is the start of back-to-back games against Pacific-12 competition, with Arizona State up next after Washington.

The Huskies have opened as 4.5-point favorites on SBG Global Sportsbook’s Live NCAA Basketball Odds.
Washington Huskies (4-1): The Huskies have a high-powered offense led by CJ Wilcox (16.2 ppg) and Terrence Ross (15.8), but it all starts with the rebounding of the front line. Washington ranks third in the country with 43.0 rebounds per game led by Aziz N’Diaye (8.0) and Ross (7.0). Abdul Gaddy directs the offense and averages 5.2 assists per game.
Nevada Wolf Pack (4-3): The Wolfpack has the second-best preseason record of any team in the Western Athletic Conference behind only 5-2 New Mexico. Malik Story, coming off a 20-point game in a win over Bradley, is averaging 15.3 points per game and has been deadly from 3-point range, averaging 53.5 percent from beyond the arc. Point guard Deonte Burton is averaging 4.4 assists in addition to his 11.0 ppg average. Dario Hunt, who averages 8.0 rebounds, will have to be at the top of his game against the rebound-happy Huskies.
1. After a slow start, the Wolfpack have won four of their last five, losing only to BYU.
2. Nevada senior forward Olek Czyz is coming off his best game of the season, scoring 18 points and grabbing eight rebounds against Bradley
3. Washington coach Lorenzo Romar used the win over Houston Baptist to pull starters off the court as a way of stressing the importance of defense and ball control.
