NCAA Prediction and Free Picks: Baylor Bears at Texas Tech Red Raiders

Not only is Baylor Bears off to the best start in program history, the fifth-ranked Bears also broke the 1945-46 team's record with their current 14-game winning streak.
Baylor will look to remain one of four unbeaten teams in the country in a road trip to Texas Tech Red Raiders, which is 6-0 at home but lost its Big 12 opener at Oklahoma State on Wednesday.
The Bears are only 14-45 all-time in Lubbock, but they've won two straight and three of their last four games there.

Baylor Bears (14-0): In their Big 12 opener against Texas A&M on Tuesday, sophomore Perry Jones III notched his first double-double of the season with 14 points and 12 rebounds as the Bears led throughout in a 61-52 victory. Baylor has won 51 straight games when holding opponents to less than 60 points, including a 10-0 mark this season. In fact, the Bears rank second in the Big 12 in scoring defense at 58.3 points allowed per game, and they're first in blocks with 6.9 per contest.
Texas Tech Red Raiders (7-6): If the Red Raiders are going to improve to 7-0 at home this season, they're going to have to play a lot better than they did in a 67-59 loss at Oklahoma State on Wednesday, when they shot just 39 percent. Freshman forward Jordan Tolbert has been Texas Tech's most consistent producer on the offensive end, leading the team with 15.2 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Tolbert had his first career double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds in the loss to the Cowboys.

2. The Bears are beating opponents by an average of 18.1 points, trailing only Missouri (25.3) in the Big 12.
