NCAA Online Betting Odds: Indiana Hoosiers at Purdue Boilermakers
Saturday, February 04, 2012
by Joe Rodriguez
Indiana Hoosiers, losers of five of its last seven, has a tough place to begin a recovery when the No. 20 Hoosiers travel to rival Purdue Boilermakers, a place it hasn't won since 2006.
Three of those losses have come against nationally ranked teams, most recently at Michigan, and Indiana remains 11th in the Sagarin Ratings and 23rd in the RPI.
Indiana is averaging 17.7 points off turnovers, but Purdue isn't like to give it many opportunities to cash in as the Boilermakers rank second nationally with only 9.4 turnovers per game.
Purdue leads the all-time series 112-84. Purdue has won the last five meetings and swept both games last year by an average of 12.5 points.
