NCAA Betting Prediction: Oklahoma State at Alabama

A couple of teams that faded during the second half their last time out square off when Alabama hosts Oklahoma State on Wednesday. Oklahoma State fell to New Mexico 66-56 on Saturday, while Alabama Crimson Tide lost to Kansas State 71-58.
The Oklahoma State Cowboys , who made just 32 percent of their field-goal attempts, led 53-52 with 7:24 left, but New Mexico scored 14 of the last 17 points. In Kansas City, then-No. 21 Alabama led by one at the 15-minute mark, but Kansas State’s bench outscored Alabama’s 35-8 and handed the Tide their third loss in four games after a 7-0 start.

Oklahoma State Cowboys (6-4): Le’Bryan Nash struggled mightily against New Mexico, scoring just six points, though the freshman still leads the Cowboys in scoring at 12.7. Keiton Page is also averaging 12.7 points, and he and Cezar Guerrero have combined to hit 37 percent of their 3-point attempts (36-of-98). Phillip Jurick is tied for 39th nationally in blocked shots as the junior center is averaging 2.3. Markel Brown is third in the Big 12 in steals, collecting 1.9.
Alabama Crimson Tide (8-3): JaMychal Green continued his excellent senior season with a game-high 20 points against Kansas State, and the forward leads the Tide in scoring (15.9) and field-goal percentage (58-for-114, 56 percent). Tony Mitchell is second in scoring (14.9) and leads in rebounding (7.2), while Trevor Releford, who had 14 points in the Kansas State loss, is chipping in 10.8 points.
1. Oklahoma State has won seven consecutive games against teams in the SEC West, with its last loss coming against LSU in December 1999.
2. Despite struggling lately and allowing 66 points per game during the 1-3 stretch, the Tide are still 19th nationally in scoring defense at 56.7 points.
3. Oklahoma State is last in the Big 12 in field-goal percentage (42.0) and assists (10.5).
