NBA Finals Odds: Boston Celtics at L.A. Lakers Game 6

Looking at the NBA Finals odds for the Boston Celtics at Los Angeles Lakers Game 6, bettors have to ask themselves whether or not the Lakers have mentally quit. The oddsmakers expect L.A. to bounce back strong, making them 6.5-point favorites.

The Los Angeles Lakers head back to Staples Center after posting their lowest point total of their entire postseason, 86, in Game 5. Kobe Bryant scored 38 of those points; the rest of the Lakers combined for just 48. The Celtics have gotten key efforts at different moments in different games from Rajon Rondo, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Glen Davis; it seems that someone new steps up every night.

The Lakers have to hope Kobe, who has averaged 30.2 points in the first five games, gets some better support in Game 6. Pau Gasol averages 18.8 points in the 2010 NBA Finals but no other Laker is even averaging 10.
