Indiana Hoosiers (15-4): The Hoosiers — whose three consecutive defeats have come by a combined 11 points — still lead the Big Ten in scoring (80.2), field-goal percentage (49.8) and 3-point percentage (45.0). Indiana has also shown a knack for getting to the foul line, where its 18.1 makes per game rank third nationally. Freshman F Cody Zeller has emerged as an All-America candidate, leading the Hoosiers with 14.9 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 64.8 percent from the floor. Junior F Christian Watford adds 12.7 points and 5.7 boards.

2. The Hoosiers shot 16-for-24 from 3-point range in its Jan. 8 win at Penn State. Junior guards Jordan Hulls (28 points) and Matt Roth (22) were a combined 12-for-15 from long range.
3. Penn State was 0-15 all-time in Bloomington before 2009, but it has won in its last two trips there (65-55 in January 2009 and 69-60 in December 2010).
