Two teams headed in opposite directions will meet on the hardwood in Chicago on Wednesday night as the high-flying Bulls get a visit from the lowly Washington Wizards in an NBA betting matchup at Bovada Sportsbook.

The Chicago Bulls are riding high in the NBA's Eastern Conference standings in the early going, while the Wizards have the fewest wins in the league. That's why Chicago is at 11/2 odds to win the NBA championship this season, while Washington is a 250/1 longshot.
As well, the Bulls were sitting at 11/4 odds to win the Eastern Conference this season at last update at Bovada Sportsbook, with the Wizards at 125/1 odds on that list.
And the historical head-to-head results don't look good for Washington either, as they've dropped eight of their past 10 games against Chicago over the past few seasons. The teams split those 10 games against the spread, with the UNDER paying off nine times.
Washington might catch a break on Wednesday night, though, as the Bulls will be playing the third game of a back-to-back-to-back set that had them face Detroit at home on Monday, travel to Minnesota on Tuesday, then head back home for Wednesday's game.
Chicago blasted the Pistons on Monday to start that stretch, winning 92-68 with Carlos Boozer pouring in 23 points and Derrick Rose scoring 22 points and adding eight assists. Joakim Noah tossed in just four points in that contest but grabbed eight rebounds.
The Wizards will be playing just their second game in two nights on Wednesday, as they faced the Raptors in Washington on Tuesday night before heading north to Chicago.
